solved. If not, go back to Step 2 and go thru 1-3 again. You may have to
do that up to 10-15 times.
5. If, after 10-15 times of going through Step 1, and it's still not working,
proceed to Step 2

1. Remove the filter cartridge and do Step 2 again
Step 4 - If it still doesn't work
1. You have a stubborn air lock!
2. Turn the circuit breaker (main power switch) off.
3. Get your tools out and open the panel on your spa where the pumps are
located
4. Locate the pump that is not pushing out water. In order to do that you
may have to turn on the power for a brief second to identify which pump
that is. Turn the power off.

5. Locate the pipe and the union that is connecting the pipe to the pump.
Slowly turn the union counter clock wise (carefully so it doesn't break)
until you hear a hissing sound. Do not open all the way or the union
will come loose (you'll have a mess on your hand and you'll get wet)
Open only 1/2 turn or until you hear the hissing sound.

That is air being released from your pump. When the air has been
released and only water is coming out. Close the union again.
6. Turn the power back on and try the jets.
7. If that didn't do it, repear Step 4 again and let more air out of the pump.
